ABOUT

Welcome to my table! I plan to serve up an assortment of new dishes designed for you my friends, whether young and eager to learn, working but wanting wholesome food, or leisurely desiring to make some menu changes. With the release of my cookbook, Sharing the Table, A Northwest Chef Instructor’s Quest to Recreate Memorable Meals I look forward to sharing eclectic recipes, and stories however I am also looking onward to begin exploring blog recipes that incorporate my core values of preparing sustainable, organic, locally sourced, in season, mostly plant-based, humanely-raised, and nutritionally sound dishes.
